The Yardimci Corporation is a well established shipowning and shipbuilding corporation which was founded by Sevket Yardimci in 1974. Today, the corporation has a number of business investments; however our core activity still remains shipbuilding. The corporation owns and manages a fleet of Multipurpose Container Ships, Bulk Carriers and Chemical Tankers. Alongside this, the group also owns nine vessels which have an average age of five years. In collaboration with our equal partner, Gemsan Shipyard, we have formed a dry-docking company named Yardgem Shipping Inc. which owns two floating docks and specializes in dry-docking, repairing and maintenance of vessels up to Panamax size tonnage. One of our other main accomplishments is our investment in the technical management of fleets both domestic and foreign.
