英國GRIMM格林進(jìn)口電動(dòng)隔膜泵概述：
進(jìn)口電動(dòng)隔膜泵，采用擺線針輪減速機(jī)傳動(dòng)，通過曲軸滑塊機(jī)構(gòu)帶動(dòng)雙隔膜作往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)，使工作腔容積發(fā)生交替變化從而達(dá)到將液體不斷地吸入和排出。同時(shí)，近年來由于隔膜材質(zhì)取得了突破性的進(jìn)展，大大地延長隔膜的使用壽命，因此被越來越廣泛地替代部分離心泵、螺桿泵來應(yīng)用于石化、陶瓷、冶金等行業(yè)。
英國GRIMM格林進(jìn)口電動(dòng)隔膜泵工作原理：
電機(jī)與減速機(jī)通過軸承箱帶動(dòng)曲軸旋轉(zhuǎn)，由變向機(jī)構(gòu)將曲軸端的圓周運(yùn)動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)變成滑動(dòng)桿的軸向移動(dòng)，再帶動(dòng)隔膜往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)。在左右兩個(gè)泵腔內(nèi)，裝有上下四個(gè)單向球閥、隔膜的運(yùn)動(dòng)造成工作腔的容積的改變，迫使四個(gè)單向球閥交替地開啟和關(guān)閉，從而將液體不斷地吸入和排出。

進(jìn)口電動(dòng)隔膜泵既能抽送流動(dòng)的流體，又能輸送一些不易流動(dòng)的介質(zhì)，具有自吸泵、雜質(zhì)泵等輸送機(jī)械的許多優(yōu)點(diǎn)，并可調(diào)節(jié)流量。
1、使用方便，不需灌飲用水，工作可靠，只需通電即可使用。
2、電動(dòng)隔膜泵本身無軸封，大大延長了使用壽命。
3、由于隔膜將輸送介質(zhì)和傳動(dòng)機(jī)械件分開，所以介質(zhì)絕對(duì)不會(huì)向外泄露。
