近日，青島儒海船舶股份有限公司自主研發的D-VesselKeeper藍鰭船舶管理平臺繼取得中國船級社（CCS）船舶機械計劃保養體系管理系統（軟件）型式認可證書、日本船級社（ClassNK）創新認證證書后，再次取得挪威船級社（DNV）設備計劃維護系統（PMS）型式認證。

此次認證依據DNV 于 2025 年 4 月最新發布的《計劃性維護系統認證標準（CP-0206）》執行，全面覆蓋系統的合規性、功能完整性、數據可追溯性及與船級社系統的互聯互通能力。

這標志著藍鰭平臺在智能化與合規維保領域實現了關鍵技術突破，成為中國首個獲得 DNV 認可的船舶管理系統。

全面滿足 CP-0206 新版標準要求 

藍鰭船舶管理平臺 PMS 系統通過船舶設備管理（檔案 + 臺賬 + 部件）與維保計劃（PM 庫 + 工單執行 + 維修聯動）的雙核心，結合 APP 移動端與離線保障，平臺實現了設備建檔—維保計劃—工單執行—維修管理—遠航保障的完整閉環，既滿足岸端的精細化管理，又確保船端在弱網/無網環境下的高效運作，為船舶設備安全穩定運行提供全流程數字化支撐，讓船舶維保更精準高效。

2025 年 4 月更新的 DNV CP-0206 標準，在原有基礎上進一步提升了系統認證門檻，新增船級項目識別、維保活動分類、數據導出規范等多項關鍵要求，對 PMS 系統的專業化與智能化提出更高標準。

藍鰭管理平臺通過數百項功能驗證與實船測試，以四大核心能力實現標準全覆蓋：

系統支持按 DNV 規范配置Class Code、PMOD Code，并建立與船級項目的關聯映射，實現船級項目的精準識別與追蹤。

A First for China! D-VesselKeeper Ship Management Platform Officially Obtained DNV Classification Society Type Approval Certficate for Planned Maintenance System (PMS)

Recently, the D-VesselKeeper Ship Management Platform, independently developed by Winkong Marine Engineering Co., Ltd., has once again achieved a significant milestone. Following its receipt of China Classification Society (CCS) Type Approval Certificate for Ship Machinery Planned Maintenance System (Software) and ClassNK Innovation Endorsement Certificate, it has now officially obtained the DNV Type Approval Certificate for Planned Maintenance System (PMS).

The certification was carried out in accordance with DNV’s latest “Certification Standard for Planned Maintenance Systems (CP-0206)”, released in April 2025, comprehensively covering the system’s regulatory compliance, functional integrity, data traceability, and interoperability with classification society systems.

This marks a major technological breakthrough for D-VesselKeeper Ship Management Platform in the field of intelligent and compliant maintenance management, making it the first ship management system in China to receive DNV approval.

Fully Compliant with the Latest CP-0206 Standard

D-VesselKeeper Ship Management Platform PMS system meets the new CP-0206 requirements through a dual-core architecture that integrates ship equipment management (including archives, ledgers, and components) with maintenance planning (Eqp.
